As new administrators, I think it is vital to build networks with other administrators and the Mentor Coaching idea would be a great opportunity to learn from an experienced administrator but also be able to share what you know so that learning becomes a two sided transaction of experience and knowledge. The professional learning offered through OPC would be a great opportunity to say the least.

The Aspiring School Leaders' Program sounds like a great opportunity for any administrator who is new the profession. The course is geared to support administrators in key areas of development and competencies.

The document out of Alberta looks at a key area in education around the topic of Character Development and building partnerships. This is a useful document for all educators but more so to administrators as they guide their schools towards improvements.
