Teachers observing teachers as a tool of teacher professional development. I thought this would be handy for VPs/Ps as this can be used to help new administrators and to guide them as they get on the job training and support.

This collaborative project model  was put in place to foster professional growth of school administrators in Alberta. There is a great deal of valuable information that would be handy to future administrators. the PDF provides many suggestions that can be implemented and allow for a smoother transition from teaching to being an administrator.
